Reading the columns
Digits counts the characters drawn from 2 through 7. The share sits either side of the 18.75 percent a flat draw would give, which is what a small sample does. The extremes in this set are five digits at one end and thirteen at the other, and neither number tells you anything about the address beyond itself.
Symbols used counts how many of the 32 available characters appear at least once. A 56 character string cannot use all 32 comfortably and none here does. The count runs from 24 to 30 across the set, and the low end belongs to the address that spells the market name, which is a coincidence rather than a consequence.
Longest run is the biggest stretch of one character repeated back to back. Eleven of the twelve top out at two or fewer. One reaches three, and it does so twice. That is the only visible pattern in the entire set and it means nothing.
Spells the name records whether the string opens with the market name in readable form. One does. Eleven do not. The one that does is on the list under exactly the same terms as the rest.
Why the order is not a ranking
The twelve are printed in a fixed order so that the page is stable and so that two people looking at it are looking at the same thing. That is the whole reason. The first line is not better than the last line, and this site has no way of knowing which of them anybody should use.
Most people arriving at a page like this one are looking for a TorZon darknet market address and already hold a string they got somewhere else. The useful thing this page can do for them is not to hand over a thirteenth string. It is to let them compare what they have against all twelve of these, in full, with the middle characters visible rather than hidden behind an ellipsis.
Ranking them would require knowing something this site does not know. Which of them the operator considers current, which of them respond, which of them are fastest. All of that needs measurement, and measurement means opening addresses, which this site does not do. Publishing an order and calling it a preference would be inventing information.
